Software Development Engineer in Test II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Implement scalable quality assurance practices to facilitate seamless releases of enterprise applications.

• Contribute to the formulation of testing strategies, automation processes, and integration validation.

• Collaborate with global teams to enhance project outcomes.

• Partner with management, architects, analysts, and developers to develop strategies, outline plans, and create test cases.

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test suites for UI, API, integration, database, and performance testing with traceability.

• Ensure quality assurance across Oracle Fusion Financial modules.

• Convert high-level requirements into quantifiable test plans and provide estimates for execution on the roadmap.

• Identify, assess, and automate test cases utilizing Selenium, UFT, and Robot Framework.

• Perform integration testing across platforms using batch processing, shell scripts, file transfers, APIs, and web services.

• Prepare and present test documentation, reports, execution summaries, defect logs, traceability, and coverage metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in QA.

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.

• In-depth knowledge of SDLC, QA life cycle, and QA methodologies.

• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financial modules, such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Portfolio Management, and Intercompany transactions.

• Practical experience with automation frameworks and ALM tools like JIRA, Quality Center, or MTM.

• Programming capabilities in Java, Python, or C#.

• Experience in writing and analyzing complex SQL queries.
