Software Development Engineer 3 – SDE 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, test, and manage scalable backend services that enable the orchestration and workflow functionalities of MelodyArc.

• Collaborate with the CTO to enhance, streamline, and standardize the code review process.

• Evaluate designs and code for colleagues and provide mentorship to engineers.

• Oversee the technical execution of initiatives spanning multiple sprints.

• Propel system design focusing on reliability, performance, and scalability.

• Create secure and compliant solutions in accordance with SOC 2 standards.

• Take ownership of production readiness and engage in incident response activities.

• Work closely with Product, DevOps, and customer stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of non-internship professional software development experience, specifically with hands-on work in NodeJS and TypeScript.

• At least 4 years of experience in designing and architecting both new and existing systems.

• Proven experience in leading technical projects.

• Familiarity with operating production services.

• Experience in designing secure systems that comply with SOC 2 Type II or similar compliance frameworks.
