Software Developer, Ruby on Rails

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and document software solutions utilizing Ruby on Rails and Vue.js.

• Employ contemporary AI coding tools like Claude and Cursor.

• Establish guidelines to promote an efficient AI-first workflow.

• Collaborate within an agile team that prioritizes regular communication and collective learning.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree in Computer Science or a related STEM discipline.

• Some hands-on experience in web development.

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails is preferred but not mandatory.

• A fundamental understanding of algorithms and data structures.

• Some experience with relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.

• A passion for working with AI tools.

• Ability to work in a team and communicate confidently in German, at least at a C1 level.
