Software Developer – Python, Django

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Enhance and refine internal tools and processes.

• Design and integrate APIs and interfaces with third-party systems.

• Assist the team with technical challenges and automation projects.

• Play a key role in the development of the upcoming customer portal.

• Establish and oversee CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

• Deliver projects independently while closely collaborating with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on attitude: You take initiative and swiftly implement practical solutions.

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience with Python/Django.

• Expertise in SQL, PostgreSQL, and MariaDB.

• Familiarity with Make.com and Zapier.

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks.

• Background in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and preferably Kubernetes.

• Basic familiarity with AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Proficient in Git and Clean Code principles.

• Experience with, or the capability to quickly learn, Close.io, Airtable, DailFire, and Google Sheets.

• Ability to rapidly adapt to new tools and systems.

• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

• Effective communication skills and the ability to document work outcomes.

• Fluent in German, both written and spoken.

• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms such as Bubble or Retool is an advantage.

• Knowledge of web application or dashboard development is a plus.
