Software Developer – Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot, evaluate, and implement enhancements for existing web applications developed using Claude Code.

• Create new web applications and features aligned with business needs and specifications.

• Suggest software enhancements, automation possibilities, and innovative technology solutions.

• Oversee and streamline operational workflows across various business functions.

• Aid in documentation, prioritize tasks, and optimize processes.

• Provide support for collaborative task management systems involving multiple stakeholders.

• Perform research and deliver well-analysed solutions to technical and operational issues.

• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure that projects and operational activities stay on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Claude Code and web application development.

• Familiarity with development platforms and cloud services.

• Strong background in debugging, testing, and deploying applications.

• Capability to suggest and implement software tools to enhance business operations.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities while working autonomously in a remote setting.
