Software Developer, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design and create enterprise-level software systems using .NET technologies.

• Convert business and technical requirements into a solid software design.

• Enhance software for optimal performance, security, and quality standards.

• Generate technical documentation and provide estimates for development time and effort.

• Establish and adhere to software development standards.

• Suggest technical solutions to address business needs and resolve technical issues.

• Gather and analyze software metrics.

• Oversee configuration management and software releases.

• Assist in requirements analysis, testing, quality assurance, change management, and deployment processes.

• Test solutions and create testing tools; prototype solutions as needed.

• Serve as 2nd/3rd line support when required.

• Lead development teams as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional IT experience, including at least 2 years in a similar development role or a related profile.

• At least 2 years of experience with complex, mission-critical enterprise systems, such as asset management, human resources management, or financial management.

• Experience with at least one complete software development lifecycle.

• Capability to develop enterprise-level software systems within the .NET technology framework.

• Expertise in designing and developing across the data layer, business logic layer, and user interface layer.

• Familiarity with UML for application design.

• Experience working in Scrum/Agile development environments.

• Proficient in leading technical teams and documenting technical solutions effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant ICT field.

• Proficiency in English at CEFR level B2 or above.

• At least one intermediate-level certification in software development related to the .NET domain, or an internationally recognized equivalent.
