Software Developer – Java & JavaScript – Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Analyze documentation and task specifications

• Grasp and assist with solution design processes

• Develop code in accordance with the company's established programming best practices

• Create software utilizing fundamental object-oriented principles, implementing software engineering methods

• Build components and graphical interfaces adhering to specified templates

• Author and execute automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests

• Utilize a code repository for version management

• Comprehend both functional and non-functional requirements pertaining to the system being developed

• Engage in meetings with both internal and external stakeholders (clients)

• Create small modules or features

• Collaborate effectively with fellow team members

• Commit to continuous learning and enhancement of skills

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or technologist diploma in Computer Science or related fields, or equivalent knowledge/experience for the position

• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

• Familiarity with PostgreSQL database

• Knowledge of Spring or React frameworks

• Experience with code versioning using Git

• Understanding of design patterns

• Background in object-oriented programming and data structures

• A code repository or professional experience that showcases these competencies

• Willingness to travel for business, either as a driver or accompanying passenger

• Proficient technical English (reading)

• Plus: readiness for occasional client visits, possession of a valid driver's license (CNH), and ability to drive
