This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develops code that aligns with Alliance’s standards for readability and adheres to established guidelines.

• Participates in technical design discussions and attends relevant design meetings as necessary.

• Updates and enhances coding standards and best practices.

• Investigates and integrates research findings into personal coding practices.

• Analyzes, evaluates, and resolves bugs with minimal oversight.

• Utilizes tools developed for specific environments.

• Addresses issues reported concerning previously assigned tasks or less complex items.

• Engages in advanced coding and debugging of applications.

• Generates instructions, manuals, and user documentation as required.

• Takes part in code reviews and pull requests both within the team and across different teams, ensuring compliance with established practices and standards.

• Supports team goals and objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in programming languages and tools relevant to the team and its projects.

• Knowledge of Object-Oriented Design principles and development patterns.

• Capability to organize, manage, and monitor personal workload.

• Eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges; self-motivated and proactive.

• Proficient in problem-solving, logical thinking, and critical analysis.

• Strong communication abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in software development within a business setting, including web development, web applications, and web services.

• Experience in creating and reviewing technical designs for large and complex features.

• Familiarity with conducting code reviews focusing on performance, standards, and quality.

• Experience with case management systems, financial management systems, and/or governmental database management systems is highly preferred.
