Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with fellow Software Developers to create full-stack software solutions designed for robustness, scalability, and performance by utilizing cutting-edge software development methodologies.

• Design and implement software algorithms.

• Execute research and experiments aimed at enhancing the performance of software systems.

• Conduct thorough analysis, design, code development, software integration, and testing.

• Evaluate complex functions, procedures, and challenges to deliver innovative and effective solutions.

• Prototype, assess, and deploy agentic AI capabilities, including tool integrations, workflow orchestration, and retrieval-augmented experiences to streamline complex user workflows.

• Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI methodologies and advanced algorithms.

• Engage in design and code reviews.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related technical disciplines.

• Significant experience in Python programming.

• Familiarity with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., RL, CNNs, RNNs, Keras).

• Experience in software design and development within a test-driven environment.

• A collaborative team player with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.

• Organized, focused, and determined, with the ability to adhere to plans and meet deadlines.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a quick learner.

• (Preferred) Understanding of robotics solutions and robotic manipulators.

• (Preferred) Experience in integrating applications with large language models (LLMs), AI APIs, or agentic frameworks to develop intelligent software features.

• (Preferred) Familiarity with modern AI development concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool/function calling, vector databases, or model evaluation.
