This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Develop payout services and partner integrations utilizing REST and SOAP in TypeScript and Java.

• Create customer-facing and internal applications in React and React Native, employing XState for managing complex state.

• Collaborate with backend technologies such as Spring, NestJS, tRPC, and WebSphere.

• Utilize Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Couchbase for data persistence.

• Implement features including idempotency, retries, error handling, and reconciliation processes.

• Write production-level SQL for transactional, reconciliation, and performance-critical tasks.

• Ensure quality through testing using Jest, Vitest, JUnit, and Expo workflows.

• Monitor systems using Instana, Coralogix, Sentry, and PostHog.

• Over 6 years of professional full-stack development experience.

• Preferably experience with payments, financial systems, or domains requiring high correctness.

• Proficient in TypeScript and Java.

• Practical experience with Spring, NestJS, or tRPC.

• Familiarity with WebSphere is advantageous.

• Strong background in React and React Native, including state management techniques.

• Excellent SQL skills across Oracle and PostgreSQL.

• Experience with Couchbase or other document-store solutions is a plus.

• Solid understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, as well as HTTP/S, TLS, idempotency, retries, error handling, and versioning.

• Proficient in JSON, XML, XSD, WSDL, and XSLT.

• Strong testing discipline and capability to write tests as part of the development process.

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and GitLab.

• Experience in the payments, remittance, or regulated financial sectors is a plus.

• Previous experience integrating systems with external partners under SLA is a nice-to-have.
