
Software Customer Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Deployment, Customer Success, LMR Customer Service Managers, and CMSO Support teams throughout the customer engagement process.
• Responsible for executing service agreements, deploying field resources, reducing time to resolution, and managing escalations.
• Utilize judgment in selecting appropriate methods and techniques to achieve solutions.
• Ensure adherence to best practices within the customer's environment.
• Provide exceptional service levels by surpassing customer expectations and effectively managing escalations.
• Stay informed on all complex service matters, including technical solutions implementations and activities.
• Report on technical performance and review relevant service requests within a customer's environment.
• Able to articulate technical issues and solutions to team and client members.
• Ensure efficient coordination and support between account teams and technical resources.
• High School diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in General Studies, IT, or Technology.
• Must be able to obtain a background clearance as mandated by our government clients.
• Candidates must be residents of Canada to be eligible for this position.
• Proficient in Agile project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with software deployment methodologies and quality assurance processes.
• 5+ years of experience in CommandCenter Software and/or Mobile Video Deployment, Engineering, Sales/Presales, CMSO, or Managed & Support Services is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Motorola Software and Video products, API technologies, Software Architecture and Design, System Integration, and Cloud Deployment.
