This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the growth and profitability of security revenue by overseeing an Area team of Cyber Security Consultants.

• Collaborate with National field sales resources and engineering leadership, working closely with National Practice leaders.

• Enhance partner relationships and advocate for Presidio-first managed and cyber security services.

• Provide regular coaching to the team and ensure that individual development plans contain actionable and measurable goals.

• Set a strong example with a relentless focus on the success of stakeholders.

• Identify new solutions, emerging products, and industry trends that could provide a competitive edge.

• Boost and maintain the Area team's cybersecurity expertise through relevant conferences, training, and mentoring.

• Ensure adherence to Presidio’s Strategic Engagement Framework.

• Uphold a high standard of technical excellence and advocacy across various solution architecture domains.

• Partner with Professional Services leadership to guarantee the quality of Statements of Work (SOW) and maintain open communication channels.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, including military experience in IT and/or Security.

• 5-8 years of experience in security or risk management, auditing, and business continuity planning within a client-facing consulting role.

• Established relationships with industry peers and security vendors.

• In-depth knowledge of system and solution architectures, as well as compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, Sarbanes Oxley, ISO 27001, NIST, CSF, COBIT, SANS 20, and privacy/security-related laws.

• Relevant risk and/or security certifications like CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, CHP, PCI-QSA.

• Experience and/or professional-level certifications in one or more of Presidio’s portfolio.

• Demonstrated technical problem-solving and design capabilities.

• Proficient in clearly and effectively communicating security-related concepts, both in writing and verbally, to technical and executive leadership.

• Proven ability to develop, mentor, assess, and enhance team performance.

• Strong customer relationship management skills.

• Exceptional leadership and management abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to lead and inspire others through example.
