Head of AI Engineering – Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the AI strategy and explore use cases to enhance organizational efficiency

• Conduct in-depth evaluations and develop impactful workflows

• Manage the entire process from quick prototyping to full-scale deployment

• Establish approved tools and guidelines for data management in AI

• Collaborate with various functions to pinpoint high-value use cases

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in software engineering, applied AI, or technical product positions

• A solid engineering foundation

• Extensive experience in applied AI, specifically in designing and implementing multi-agent systems

• Practical experience in deploying AI solutions within a HIPAA-compliant setting

• Strong business insight and experience in technology projects with an operational focus

• A demonstrated history of fostering adoption and driving behavioral change
