Senior Manager, Engineering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversees and coordinates daily operations for the Tools & Systems teams.

• Sets priorities and guarantees the timely delivery of labs and all development-related non-cloud services.

• Leads teams to provide high-quality, innovative hardware and solutions in partnership with stakeholders such as architects, developers, product managers, CSEs, and product support personnel.

• Implements the Product roadmap effectively.

• Ensures that teams are motivated, performing optimally, and meeting deadlines.

• Collaborates with Architects and engineers acting as Technical Product Managers to define and execute the company's technical roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• 6 years of experience in software development or Information Technology, preferably both, or a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience in software development management, engineering leadership, or a similar position.

• Knowledge of both IT practices and software engineering methodologies.
