This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee technical collaborations with key partners to facilitate the transition from legacy systems to cloud-based platforms.
• Perform migration readiness evaluations and offer expert guidance throughout the complete migration lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions to cloud environments.
• Conduct and lead migration sessions, delivering hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting, and remediation during partners' transitions to cloud solutions.
• Identify, manage, and resolve technical and operational challenges during migration to reduce disruption and encourage continuous improvement.
• Communicate updates on migration progress, operational strategies, risks, and results to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Gather partner feedback and operational insights, collaborating with product and process teams.
• Provide technical training, system configuration, and troubleshooting through webinars, on-site visits, and remote sessions.
• Create and maintain clear solution documents and user guides for migration projects.
• Validate defects, resolve technical issues, and assist with custom engagements.
• Manage multiple simultaneous migration projects, prioritizing effectively while ensuring accurate project documentation and communication.
• Support project management activities to guarantee effective coordination and delivery of cloud migration initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 2-5 years of pertinent experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, or enterprise software implementation.
• Preferred: Experience in technical positions within SaaS, automation, monitoring, or AI.
• Capability to manage sizable projects and processes autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Recognized as a subject matter expert in the relevant work area.
• Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and processes as dictated by business and partner requirements.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of ConnectWise products – particularly RMM, Automate, and SIEM.
• Proficient in design documentation, presentation, and technical training.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate strong relationships with partners.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
• Strong project management skills and capability to handle multiple priorities.
