This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Initiate outbound outreach and proactively generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Communicate persuasive, value-oriented messaging to SMB and mid-market prospects.
• Implement organized call, email, and LinkedIn engagement strategies.
• Collaborate closely with SAM leaders and sales partners to enhance conversion strategies.
• Enhance your SaaS sales expertise through continuous coaching, training, and practical platform experience.
• Exhibit consistent performance within a structured evaluation framework.
• 1–2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS preferred but not mandatory).
• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Confidence in engaging with decision makers via phone, email, and social media channels.
• Capability to manage a high volume of interactions, handle objections, and build a sales pipeline.
• Eagerness to develop full-cycle SaaS sales competencies in a closing role.
• Comfort in working within defined goals, metrics, and performance expectations.
• A growth-oriented mindset and strong willingness to be coached.
• Openness and ability to meet clients in person as you expand your network and drive sales success.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must successfully complete the pre-employment screening process, as required.
• Must successfully complete any mandatory training or orientation courses, as needed.
