This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Under the guidance of the Art Director, assists in the development of captivating, audience-focused digital content for the Bedsider, AbortionFinder, and Power to Decide platforms.
• Produce content that aligns with contemporary internet culture while promoting mission-driven narratives across social media, digital channels, and organizational platforms.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to create engaging videos, graphics, and digital experiences that appeal to younger audiences.
• Edit videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, and similar platforms.
• Incorporate captions, motion graphics, transitions, overlays, and audio elements to enhance storytelling and improve accessibility.
• Transform existing content into appealing social-first video formats.
• Support the swift creation of content that responds to trends and urgent needs when necessary.
• Assist in the organization of video assets and the management of production workflows.
• Design social graphics, video templates, carousel assets, stories, campaign visuals, and other light marketing materials.
• Develop content that stays in sync with changing platform trends, creator behaviors, and internet culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address visual needs as organizational priorities shift.
• 1–3 years of experience in video editing, design, social media, creative production, content creation, or a related field.
• Strong grasp of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and digital culture.
• Proven ability in visual storytelling through professional, freelance, academic, creator, volunteer, or personal projects.
• Proficiency with creative tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop and Illustrator), Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
• Strong visual intuition and understanding of pacing, storytelling, and platform-specific content.
• Comfortable adapting creative work across various brands, audiences, and communication formats.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and self-motivated in a fast-paced remote work environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to explore creative experimentation.
• Interest in reproductive health, social impact storytelling, or digital advocacy is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Monday.com.
• Willingness to travel 2–3 times per year.
