This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new social media clients, providing them with education about our methodologies and strategies.
• Create customized campaigns that lay the groundwork for sustained success, ensuring a smooth transition to the Client Solutions Manager once campaigns are established.
• Partner with platform representatives (such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) to obtain resources and expertise for client initiatives.
• Initiate, manage, and enhance paid social campaigns to meet client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Track campaign pacing and performance metrics, proactively resolving any issues that arise.
• Compile and present comprehensive campaign reports featuring insights, successes, and areas for enhancement.
• Oversee a client portfolio, concentrating on retention, satisfaction, and opportunities for upselling.
• Cultivate strong client relationships and proactively respond to their changing needs.
• Work alongside the Client Solutions Management team to ensure cohesion and growth.
• Assist the Senior Client Solutions Managers with daily tasks and projects.
• Conduct internal training sessions on social media platforms, workflows, and best practices.
• Identify and implement enhancements in social media workflows for increased efficiency.
• Stay informed about the latest trends, ad formats, and advancements in social media platforms.
• Share updates and best practices with internal teams to improve knowledge and expertise.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of third-party tools and their integration with social media campaigns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Over 8 years of experience in paid social media management, with a strong emphasis on campaign strategy and optimization.
• Experience in digital media agencies or technology publishers is advantageous.
• Advanced expertise in social media platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including media buying, bidding models, and optimization techniques.
• Proficient in data analysis tools, including Excel, with a strong capability to interpret metrics and convert them into actionable strategies.
• Strong ability to build relationships, focusing on understanding client needs and developing customized solutions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in presenting strategies and reports to clients.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently.
• Social media certifications are advantageous.
• This position may require occasional travel for in-person collaboration, meetings, training, etc.
