Social Solutions Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage the quality assurance process prior to and following campaign launches across various social media platforms.

• Assist in the activation and setup of campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other social media channels.

• Elevate daily tasks and issues to Social Solutions Managers.

• Aid in campaign management, coverage, and overflow; pace and optimize towards unit goals, KPIs, and margin limits.

• Address general and specialized inquiries utilizing internal systems.

• Assist with pricing and RFP support, including extracting platform data and formatting materials.

• Support tracking and pixel implementation while troubleshooting issues on social platforms.

• Maintain documentation of internal processes and best practices.

• Oversee reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc audits.

• Take and disseminate notes during team meetings.

• Execute additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

• At least 1 year of experience in digital media; experience in social media advertising is preferred.

• Strong work ethic and discipline to work efficiently in a remote setting.

• Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging applications, including Zoom, Google Meet, and Slack.

• Advanced skills in Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs.

• Familiarity or experience with paid social platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager is advantageous.

• Capability to work with minimal supervision.

• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation communication skills.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.

• Willingness and ability to work during US time zone hours in support of the North America Social team.
