This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the comprehensive content calendar across various platforms and campaigns, ensuring seamless organic/paid transitions and readiness for publishing.

• Facilitate approval processes through Legal, Brand, and Compliance departments.

• Categorize content by campaign, format, target audience, and objectives.

• Manage platform governance, settings for publishing tools, UTM conventions, and tagging taxonomy.

• Assist in creator campaign operations, including deliverables, approvals, and timelines.

• Identify creator trends and high-performing assets to guide content strategy.

• Create and manage weekly/monthly performance reports that utilize standardized metrics.

• Monitor key engagement KPIs and proactively address anomalies.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance reporting, tagging, and quality assurance processes.

• Maintain logs of campaign performance for quarterly evaluations and budget discussions.

• Keep updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and project documentation.

• Establish Social SEO tagging standards and highlight any gaps in discoverability or reporting.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in social media operations, marketing operations, or creative project management.

• Proven ability to build and manage content calendars on a large scale across multiple platforms.

• Proficient in configuring publishing/project management tools to optimize team workflows, including Notion, Jira, Sprout Social, or similar, along with Google Workspace and Slack.

• Familiarity with FTC content policies and compliance requirements of various platforms.

• Comfortable utilizing AI tools to streamline operational tasks.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity with a proactive mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Required to disclose whether employment-based immigration sponsorship is currently or may be needed in the future.
