This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Lead ISR and aviation operational planning for joint, multinational, and interagency mission needs.
• Oversee daily operations and readiness planning for large, complex organizations, ensuring synchronization of aviation and ISR assets.
• Create and present executive-level briefings, intelligence-driven reports, and mission assessments.
• Manage lifecycle planning, risk reduction, and execution for high-stakes ISR-enabled training and operational events.
• Supervise multimillion-dollar aviation and flight operations programs, focusing on cost control, resource distribution, and operational oversight.
• Collaborate with defense industry partners to integrate cutting-edge sensing and aviation technologies.
• Provide comprehensive system performance evaluations to enhance ISR capabilities.
• Formulate ISR-informed mission plans, operational schedules, and intelligence integration frameworks for large-scale deployments.
• Assist in the acquisition and contract planning for aviation and ISR programs.
• Work alongside technical, operational, and business development teams on future capability projects.
• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.
• 6 years of progressively relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field; 4 years of progressively relevant experience with a Master's degree in a related field; or a High School Diploma or equivalent with 10 years of progressively relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of direct Intelligence or ISR support to U.S. Special Operations.
• Experience in collection management, intelligence analysis, and briefing senior-level intelligence entities.
• Proficient in Intelligence Community systems, tools, and analytical environments.
• Experience operating or supporting deployed ISR platforms (rotary-wing, airborne, or similar).
• Proven ability to develop innovative, non-traditional information sources to support DoD customers.
• Experience working within the defense industry as a contractor in support of DoD mission objectives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must possess and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must hold a valid U.S. Passport.
• Preferred: experience in integrating new technology or sensors on aviation or ISR platforms and collaborating with industry on capability development.
• Preferred: experience leading aviation or ISR operations in deployed, multinational, or joint settings.
