This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Oversee the complete life cycle of both short- and long-term projects as dictated by the Raytheon Talent COE and the needs of customers.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the OpEx lead, assisting with executive-level presentations and decision-making processes.
• Facilitate the annual goal alignment initiative by collecting stakeholder input and offering strategic suggestions to the VP of Talent.
• Take full responsibility for the execution and outcomes of key initiatives, which includes the creation and delivery of final executive-level content.
• Support RTX Talent COE efforts related to talent management, talent development, learning, and organizational health throughout RTX and Raytheon.
• Utilize the CORE Operating System to enhance the continuous improvement of programs, practices, processes, and tools within the Talent COE.
• Execute internal reviews and external benchmarking to uphold industry best practices.
• Manage regular Talent COE communications, such as Town Halls, Offsites, Skip levels, and the Talent COE Teams Channel.
• Provide on-demand support across Talent Development, Employee Experience and Onboarding, Talent Management, Organizational Effectiveness, and Program Manager Development teams.
• Generally requires a bachelor's degree with 10 years of relevant experience OR a master's degree with 8 years of related experience.
• At least 6 years of experience managing projects and/or large-scale programs within the HR or Talent Management domain.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from inception to adoption, ensuring strategic project goals are met and key metrics tracked where applicable.
• High emotional intelligence and adaptability in learning.
• Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and patience.
• Capability to thrive in a highly ambiguous work environment.
• Proficient in utilizing tools and technology, including the O365 Suite.
• U.S. citizenship is necessary.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
