This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Strategize, produce, and disseminate content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others.
β’ Develop and oversee content calendars that align with various event schedules.
β’ Craft engaging captions, posts, and short-form videos aimed at fostering interaction and driving action.
β’ Travel to selected events for the purpose of capturing real-time content.
β’ Carry out live coverage that includes stories, reels, behind-the-scenes content, and audience interactions.
β’ Transform in-person experiences into captivating digital narratives.
β’ Assist in the execution of paid social campaigns through setup, creative coordination, quality assurance, and performance monitoring.
β’ Collaborate closely with paid media teams to ensure organic content aligns with campaign goals.
β’ Contribute to campaign optimization by recognizing trends, proposing creative or audience changes, and using performance insights to guide decisions.
β’ Manage comments, direct messages, and social interactions promptly, maintaining a brand-consistent voice.
β’ Cultivate excitement and community engagement before, during, and after events.
β’ Analyze performance metrics to determine what strategies are effective and which are not.
β’ Offer suggestions to enhance engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
β’ Stay updated on trends and convert them into content opportunities.
β’ 1β3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
β’ Deep understanding of platform-specific content and engagement tactics.
β’ Practical experience with paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, or equivalents).
β’ Familiarity with scheduling or analytics tools (such as Sprout, Hootsuite, etc.).
β’ Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.
β’ Capability to handle multiple projects within a fast-paced setting.
β’ Readiness to travel and work onsite at live events.
β’ Nice to Have:
β’ Experience in supporting paid social campaigns, including creative testing or optimizations.
β’ Understanding of performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, or ROAS.
β’ Background in producing high-performing short-form video content.
β’ Basic knowledge of tracking mechanisms (UTMs, pixels).
β’ Experience capturing content in live event scenarios.
β’ Exposure to influencer, creator, or UGC-style campaigns.
