Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the social strategy and oversee the daily operations across LinkedIn and future platforms.

• Manage the social media calendar and publishing workflow, guiding the process from initial brief to live content.

• Write and refine social media copy across various platforms, transforming cultural moments into unique creative opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with the Creative team to produce social media-ready assets, video edits, and visual content.

• Enhance the employer brand's social presence and expand the employee amplification program.

• Develop social toolkits that include copy, assets, and posting recommendations.

• Design and implement AI workflows to convert long-form content into platform-specific social media assets efficiently.

• Utilize data to track engagement, reach, follower growth, and brand impact, adjusting strategies as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a social-first capacity within B2B tech, fintech, or SaaS environments.

• Proven ability to create and implement platform-specific strategies from the ground up across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, and additional platforms.

• Exceptional writing and editing capabilities.

• Demonstrated history of cultivating a distinct and consistent brand voice on social media.

• Experience with employee amplification, employer branding initiatives, or internal social toolkits.

• Proficient in data-driven performance tracking, analysis, and iterative improvement.

• Familiarity with AI tools and automation, including developing workflows and processes.

• Strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where strategy and execution occur simultaneously.
