This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Shape Sandisk's presence on social media by connecting creators, communities, and social content across Europe.
• Take ownership of the entire creator partnership process, from talent identification and campaign strategy development to execution, optimization, and performance measurement.
• Establish enduring relationships with creators and communities to foster ongoing conversation, advocacy, and engagement beyond campaign launches.
• Convert brand priorities into locally relevant, platform-native, and commercially impactful social-first initiatives.
• Create strategies for creators and influencers that align with national and regional objectives.
• Identify, assess, and onboard creators across various tiers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with creators, agencies, and talent partners throughout Europe.
• Lead campaigns from start to finish, including briefing, contracting, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Oversee campaign budgets and evaluate performance against business goals.
• Promote conversation, advocacy, and user-generated content beyond campaign launches.
• Track community sentiment, pinpoint potential issues, and collaborate with internal teams when escalation is necessary.
• Uphold community guidelines and engagement frameworks.
• Collaborate with creative, brand, and marketing teams to craft social-first content strategies.
• Integrate creator, brand, and community content into a cohesive ecosystem.
• Enhance high-performing content through both organic and paid channels.
• Support the creation of reactive and culturally relevant content.
• Monitor creator trends, platform advancements, and cultural discussions throughout Europe.
• Utilize social listening and AI-enabled tools to discover opportunities, emerging creators, and audience insights.
• Transform insights into actionable recommendations for campaigns and regional social strategies.
• Share insights and best practices across local and regional teams.
• Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, platform policies, and advertising regulations.
• Advise creators and internal stakeholders on disclosure, governance, and social best practices.
• Report to the Senior Manager of Social Media - EMEAI.
• Proven experience in managing creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or social media programs for consumer brands.
• Deep understanding and experience with current social platforms and the evolving creator ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to execute multiple end-to-end creator campaigns, from strategy development to execution and reporting.
• Strong grasp of the European creator landscape.
• Data-driven mindset with a track record of measuring campaign performance.
• Experience in budget management and delivering quantifiable business results.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to work independently, bringing fresh ideas and taking ownership of projects from strategy to execution.
• Genuine interest in internet culture, gaming, creators, emerging platforms, and consumer trends.
• Experience in consumer technology, gaming, and lifestyle brands is a plus.
• Background in covering live events or gaming activations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms is desired.
• Some travel may be necessary.
• Office attendance is required twice a month and for key meetings.
