This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +4 more countries.
β’ Conduct research on client websites, blogs, news articles, practice-area pages, attorney profiles, case outcomes, awards, events, and additional sources to discover content opportunities.
β’ Identify client content suitable for repurposing on various social media platforms.
β’ Create evergreen content and practice-area-specific content as necessary.
β’ Develop monthly social media content strategies that align with client objectives, services, geographical markets, and brand identity.
β’ Compose captions, hooks, headlines, graphic copy, advertising text, and calls-to-action for social media.
β’ Generate educational and promotional content for social media.
β’ Source stock photos and other visual assets to support content.
β’ Design social media assets utilizing templates, brand guidelines, and custom creative solutions when needed.
β’ Organize and input content into production and scheduling workflows.
β’ Prepare accounts for quality assurance review and make revisions based on feedback.
β’ Assist in scheduling and publishing approved content.
β’ Maintain well-organized account files, creative assets, links, and production documentation.
β’ Handle multiple client deadlines while ensuring quality and accuracy.
β’ Support the production workflows for short-form videos and Reels.
β’ Organize footage, topics, captions, creative direction, and related materials.
β’ Provide instructions and creative direction for video editors.
β’ Identify chances to repurpose client content into short-form video formats.
β’ Assist in strategizing paid social campaigns, conducting competitor and audience research, messaging, creative trends, and advertising opportunities.
β’ Develop concepts and creative angles for paid social initiatives.
β’ Create static advertising materials and aid in the preparation of video advertising assets.
β’ Resize and adapt creative materials according to placement and campaign requirements.
β’ Organize campaign assets and creative libraries efficiently.
β’ Assist with the setup and implementation of paid social campaigns.
β’ Conduct pre-launch quality assurance across campaign and creative components.
β’ Support routine execution and maintenance of campaigns.
β’ Aid in preparing reports and organizing campaign performance data.
β’ Revise copy and creative elements based on campaign requirements and guidance from Paid Social leadership.
β’ Accurately complete campaign assets and production tasks on schedule.
β’ Support the execution of paid media without initially owning campaign performance or client strategy independently.
β’ Proven experience in managing or producing social media content for multiple brands or clients.
β’ Background in creating educational and promotional content for social media.
β’ Experience in managing recurring content deliverables across several accounts.
β’ Previous agency experience is preferred.
β’ Experience in legal marketing or other professional services marketing is advantageous.
β’ Preferred experience in paid social; candidates with strong organic social credentials and creative, analytical, and technical skills may also be considered.
β’ Highly preferred experience in managing multiple client brands at the same time.
β’ Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and editing capabilities.
β’ Strong visual judgment and understanding of effective social media creative content.
β’ Proficient in using Canva or similar creative platforms.
β’ Ability to research unfamiliar industries, services, and audiences, translating findings into relevant content opportunities.
β’ Strong organizational and project management skills.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Ability to accept feedback and implement revisions accurately.
β’ Capacity to work independently while collaborating with leaders in Organic Social and Paid Social.
β’ Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and content publishing workflows.
β’ Preferred experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook and Instagram advertising, or LinkedIn advertising.
β’ Valuable experience in supporting short-form video, Reels, or video production workflows.
β’ Comfort in using AI-assisted content development and research tools.
β’ Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
β’ An English resume is required; English proficiency will be evaluated during the application process.
β’ A portfolio or examples of personally created social media work are required.
β’ A video submission is mandatory as part of the application process.
