This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Produce original video and graphic materials for all platforms in line with the network's branding.
• Observe broadcasts and pinpoint content suitable for social media platforms.
• Work in partnership with the On-Air and Creative Services teams to create content tailored for social media.
• Enhance and fine-tune workflow and posting strategies alongside social and digital teams.
• Capture b-roll footage, conduct interviews, and gather other content during live sporting events, media days, and on set.
• Provide mentorship to a team of social media producers.
• Manage the daily operations of the social media producer team, including task assignment, scheduling, and workload oversight.
• Organize social media content requests from Social Media Managers.
• Keep up-to-date with new social media platforms, tools, and trends.
• Be prepared to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Preferred BA/BS degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with various social media networks.
• Strong copywriting capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Competence in filming with an iPhone or DSLR and using a lavalier microphone.
• Proficient in platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X.
• Knowledge of social media analytics.
• Ability to conceive, produce, and deliver creative content, including videos and graphics, promptly.
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Preferably skilled in Photoshop, Audition, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Opportunity for remote/home office work arrangements.
• Travel is required approximately 20% of the time.
