Social Media Producer, Editor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Edit and transform long-form content created by influencers into short-form social media assets for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

• Take ownership of the monthly content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publication of content.

• Capture original footage at events, expos, trade shows, and creator gatherings.

• Follow the creative direction and volume objectives set by marketing leadership.

• Gather raw footage while keeping a clear focus on the desired final product.

• Be prepared to travel internationally, sometimes on short notice, to cover various events.

• Stay updated on trends and formats prevalent across YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.

• Develop a strong understanding of FlipaClip’s channels, brand voice, and relationships with creators.

• Independently create usable content from live and field events.

• Anticipate content requirements proactively and manage daily execution across all three channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in editing and producing short-form video content for social media platforms.

• Highly organized and self-reliant; capable of managing a content calendar without constant oversight.

• Comfortable operating behind the camera in live and field environments, including events, expos, and meetups.

• Willing and able to travel internationally, including on short notice.

• Valid passport without any visa restrictions that would hinder travel to key markets.

• Proficient in English at C1/C2 level, both written and spoken.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently within a remote, distributed team.

• Illustration or animation skills are strongly preferred.

• Basic experience in photography/videography is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with animation, creator, or gaming communities is a significant plus.

• Prior experience as a producer, coordinator, or generalist in content creation is highly favored.

• Should not require extensive creative direction or task management.

• Must not be restricted to on-camera roles without a range in editing and production skills.
