📋 Description

• Oversee various Fizz-branded Instagram accounts

• Discover, curate, and produce content that aligns with Fizz’s branding and current online trends

• Develop and sustain a posting schedule to ensure a consistent rhythm across the assigned accounts

• Take ownership of content choices, including recognizing trends that resonate with each page and its audience

• Track account performance and modify content strategies as necessary

• Collaborate with members of the Growth team on larger growth initiatives

• Participate in team meetings and one-on-one sessions

• Deliver regular updates regarding progress and account performance

⛳️ Requirements

• Current college student (18+) with knowledge of the Fizz product

• Solid understanding of Instagram and social media best practices

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

• Proficient in time management to meet posting deadlines

• Available to work 15–20 hours per week, with consistent hour distribution

• Must reside in one of the following states: Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, D.C., or Wisconsin
