Social Media Manager – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complete responsibility for our social media presence on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X across all channels.

• Possess a mechanical understanding of the platforms, not just a cultural one.

• Engage with the algorithm effectively while maintaining authenticity.

• Maintain a consistent presence in an environment where consistency is crucial.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, with a focus on growth and engagement.

• In-depth knowledge of how platform algorithms function and the ability to utilize that understanding to achieve tangible results.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging and relatable copy without extensive guidance.

• Active participant in Dungeons & Dragons or tabletop RPGs, fluent in the community's vernacular.

• Background in gaming, entertainment, or brands driven by community engagement.

• Proficient in video editing tools such as TikTok, CapCut, and AI software.

• Experience using content scheduling tools like Hootsuite.
