Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Design and implement captivating social media strategies that are in line with the brand.

• Develop, schedule, and oversee content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and others.

• Monitor and evaluate social media performance metrics.

• Investigate industry trends and suggest innovative, creative content concepts.

• Engage with messages and comments to cultivate an online community.

• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management.

• Proficient English speaker with excellent written and verbal grammar skills.

• In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and similar platforms.

• Capability to analyze data and modify strategies as needed.

• Strong writing abilities for creating engaging captions and advertising copy.

• Creativity with a sharp eye for branding, trends, and visual elements.

• Familiarity with G-Suite tools, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail.

• Ability to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

• Availability to work on an Eastern Standard Time schedule (Tampa, Florida time zone).

• Computer that meets industry standards; devices with less than 4GB RAM, Windows 7, or slow processing capabilities will not be suitable.

• High-speed internet connection equipped with antivirus software.

• Webcam and microphone required for Zoom or Google Meet meetings.

• Capacity to work on a computer for 2–5 hours each day.

• Availability for weekend engagement when social media activity demands attention.
