Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop and take ownership of Luminar’s social media strategy.

• Transform brand strategy into captivating social content.

• Establish channel-specific strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

• Create content pillars and manage editorial planning.

• Discover new content opportunities and monitor platform trends.

• Plan, create, and share engaging content.

• Edit short-form videos and social-first creative assets.

• Produce content that aligns with Luminar’s premium visual identity.

• Continuously enhance creative quality.

• Track social media performance across various platforms.

• Establish success metrics and reporting standards.

• Conduct creative experiments and content tests.

• Analyze audience behavior and refine content strategy accordingly.

• Translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate closely with photographers, ambassadors, and creators.

• Provide briefs to creators for campaigns and content.

• Curate and repurpose content generated by creators.

• Facilitate community-driven storytelling.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in managing social media for a brand.

• Proven track record of growing Instagram, TikTok, and/or YouTube organically.

• Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing social content.

• Practical experience in editing short-form video.

• Excellent visual taste and a solid understanding of design principles.

• Experience utilizing analytics to enhance performance.

• Ability to work independently from concept to publication.

• Photography skills, whether as a hobby or professional experience, are a plus.

• Familiarity with photo editing software such as Luminar, Lightroom, or Photoshop is advantageous.
