Social Media Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee social media calendars for various client accounts

• Plan and publish content on platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and others

• Ensure timely and accurate publication of content

• Manage content approval processes and publishing workflows

• Work collaboratively with designers and video editors to share content across social media channels

• Adapt podcasts, videos, newsletters, and long-form content into assets tailored for specific platforms

• Enhance content formatting and messaging appropriate for each platform

• Boost content visibility through strategic distribution methods

• Track comments, messages, and audience engagement

• Assist in community management and audience interaction

• Spot opportunities to elevate engagement and fortify brand presence

• Uphold a professional and consistent brand voice

• Analyze content performance and social media metrics

• Create reports detailing engagement, reach, audience growth, and content effectiveness

• Recognize trends and suggest enhancements to content and distribution strategies

• Utilize performance data for ongoing optimization

• Stay updated on platform changes, emerging trends, and social media best practices

• Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance content workflows and productivity

• Propose innovative ideas and opportunities to boost content performance and audience growth

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in social media management

• Proven experience overseeing multiple client accounts or brands at once

• Background in managing content calendars and executing social media campaigns

• Strong copywriting and written communication abilities

• Exceptional organizational and project management skills

• Deep understanding of content marketing and social media best practices

• Capability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Keen attention to detail and execution

• Excellent teamwork and communication skills

• Proficient in analyzing social media performance metrics and identifying optimization opportunities

• Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and various AI-enabled content creation and productivity tools
