Social Media Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand NoGigiddy's social media presence across all key platforms.

• Develop, plan, and share daily content, including captions, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Interact with the community by addressing comments, DMs, and mentions in the brand's voice.

• Keep abreast of trends and changes in platform algorithms, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Work in collaboration with the content and design teams on campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, providing weekly reports.

• Discover and connect with influencer and creator partnership opportunities.

• No formal degree necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, whether personal or professional.

• Strong instincts for copywriting.

• Knowledge of scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or equivalent.

• Proficient in creating basic graphics using Canva or similar tools.

• Analytical mindset for assessing performance and optimizing content.

• Dependable and consistent availability for social media management tasks.
