Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand NoGigiddy's social media presence across all key platforms.

• Develop, schedule, and publish daily content that includes captions, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Interact with the community by addressing comments, direct messages, and mentions in the brand's voice.

• Keep track of trends and changes in platform algorithms, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Work in conjunction with the content and design teams on campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, and provide weekly reports.

• Discover and connect with influencer and creator partnership opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, whether personal or professional.

• Strong instincts for copywriting.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.

• Ability to create basic graphics using Canva or comparable tools.

• Data-driven with the capacity to assess performance and optimize effective strategies.

• Dependable and consistent in work habits.
