Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance NoGigiddy's presence on all major social media platforms.

• Develop, plan, and distribute content on a daily basis, which includes captions, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Interact with the community by replying to comments, DMs, and mentions in the brand's voice.

• Keep track of trends and changes in platform algorithms, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Work collaboratively with the content and design teams on campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, providing weekly reports.

• Discover and engage potential influencer and creator partnership opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, whether personal or professional.

• Strong instincts for copywriting.

• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.

• Proficient in creating basic graphics using Canva or comparable tools.

• Data-driven; capable of assessing performance and concentrating on effective strategies.

• Dependable and consistent in work habits.
