Social Media Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance NoGigiddy's social media presence across all major platforms.

• Develop, organize, and share daily content, including captions, graphics, and short-form videos.

• Interact with the community by addressing comments, direct messages, and mentions in the brand's voice.

• Stay updated on trends and changes in platform algorithms, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Work alongside the content and design teams on campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, providing weekly reports.

• Discover and connect with influencer and creator partnership opportunities.

• No formal degree is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, whether personal or professional.

• Strong instincts for copywriting.

• Knowledge of scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or similar applications.

• Comfortable creating basic graphics using Canva or similar platforms.

• Data-driven with the ability to assess performance and make improvements accordingly.

• Dependable and consistent in work habits.
