Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand NoGigiddy's presence on all key social media platforms.

• Develop, schedule, and share daily content, including captions, visuals, and short videos.

• Interact with the community by addressing comments, direct messages, and mentions in the brand's voice.

• Stay updated on trends and platform algorithm updates, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Work in partnership with the content and design teams on campaigns and product launches.

• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and clicks, providing weekly reports.

• Discover and connect with influencer and creator collaboration opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts, whether personal or professional.

• Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft captivating captions.

• Knowledge of scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or similar platforms.

• Proficient in creating basic graphics using Canva or comparable tools.

• Data-driven with the ability to assess performance and refine content accordingly.

• Dependable and consistent in work ethic.
