Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute social media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to enhance brand and company recognition.

• Supervise daily campaign management and ensure consistency in branding.

• Create, sustain, and expand both new and existing social networks, including Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Foursquare, Instagram, Google+, Facebook, and others.

• Manage the company blog and editorial calendar to align with social media updates.

• Monitor social media performance using web analytics tools.

• Implement optimization strategies, analyze data, and research effective methods to boost traffic.

• Evaluate campaign success and develop strategies for improvement.

• Plan and manage paid social media advertising strategies and budgets.

• Establish new media partnerships.

• Foster engagement with social media influencers.

• Address customer concerns through social media platforms.

• Generate captivating written and visual content for the blog.

• Investigate new media platforms, trends, and industry opportunities.

• Provide insights from social media trends and research; communicate findings to business strategists.

• Craft effective and concise copy for various platforms, websites, and social networks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, PR, or a related field, and/or two years of experience in social media management.

• Familiarity with Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or HubSpot.

• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Google Analytics.

• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

• Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.

• Experience in identifying and crafting campaigns for target audiences.

• Excellent analytical and time-management skills.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
