Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Take charge of Instagram for the Full Focus brand account as well as the personal accounts of Megan Hyatt Miller and Michael Hyatt, in addition to managing Facebook and LinkedIn profiles.

• Create engaging hooks and craft social media content that aligns with the brand's voice, utilizing AI tools while maintaining a personal, authentic style.

• Collect founder narratives, customer testimonials, transformation metrics, and other essential materials from the team.

• Transform these narratives and metrics into Instagram content, including carousels, graphic posts, and video formats.

• Develop and execute a content strategy across two accounts and two distinct product offerings.

• Strategically work backward from goals such as webinar registrations, email list expansion, and progress toward Double Win Coaching.

• Manage comments and direct messages on both accounts to foster deeper audience relationships.

• Establish and oversee ManyChat auto-responses and direct message automation.

• Produce and edit video content as necessary.

• Collaborate with the Creative Director on carousels and graphic posts.

• Work closely with executives to capture raw footage and images.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong ability to write strategic and emotionally engaging social media content.

• Previous experience in social media leadership roles for lifestyle or personality-driven brands.

• Successfully grown a personal profile to 200k followers, adding over 100k followers individually.

• Proficient with AI tools and capable of producing authentic, brand-aligned content with personal insight and editing skills.

• Skilled in balancing the promotion of two products at varying price points.

• Quick to adapt and repurpose high-performing posts into various formats.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and video editing software.

• Practical experience with ManyChat for automated responses and direct message management.

• Capable of linking content to measurable business outcomes such as shares, comments, direct messages, webinar signups, and email subscriptions.

• Competent in shooting and editing video as required.

• Availability for synchronous work from 9–3 pm CT, Monday through Friday.

• Willingness and ability to travel to Franklin, TN, 4–6 times per year.
