Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Strategy & execution: Assist in shaping and implementing the social growth strategy, ensuring that all content resonates locally and operates effectively.

• Operational excellence: Establish clear strategic guidelines for each social media platform to maintain consistency in content themes and precise audience targeting.

• Trend harvesting: Develop timely initiatives and viral content to maximize the marketing of our products and community narratives.

• Cross-Functional collaboration: Collaborate with XFN partners to maintain a cohesive brand voice and ensure consistent quality across platforms.

• Data-Driven Optimization: Set social objectives, OKRs, and success metrics; perform data-driven evaluations post-campaign to enhance impact and return on investment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a role such as Social Media Manager, Specialist, or a similar position.

• Proficient with AI tools and possess a comprehensive understanding of the current AI tooling landscape.

• Strong project management abilities with the capability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

• Practical experience with social media management and posting tools.

• Knowledge and experience in executing the following: content management, campaign management, video production, photoshoots, and social media management.

• Capable of creating, editing, and repurposing content. Familiarity with design tools is an advantage.

• Interest in the financial services sector, including staying informed about news, trends, and significant occurrences within the industry.

• Must be an exceptional team player, well-organized, and able to maintain composure under tight deadlines.
