Social Media & Influencer Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the social media strategy across pertinent platforms

• Produce captivating reels and content styled as user-generated

• Ensure a consistent brand voice and content presence

• Identify and connect with relevant influencers and content creators

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with influencers

• Create and negotiate offers and terms for influencer partnerships

• Manage the relationships with onboarded influencers and creators

• Build and expand a continuous influencer network

• Handle incoming messages, inquiries, and partnership discussions

• Monitor and assess influencer collaborations and campaign effectiveness

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing

• Demonstrated success in creating high-impact reels and user-generated content

• Practical experience in building and managing influencer partnerships

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities

• Highly sociable, outgoing, and self-assured demeanor

• Capability to independently manage creative and relationship-driven tasks

• Strong grasp of current social media trends and content formats

• Updated resume

• Samples of reels or user-generated content created

• Examples of influencer partnerships or campaigns overseen

• Information regarding your role in outreach, negotiation, and management activities
