This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies across various brands and platforms.

• Discover opportunities to enhance audience engagement, foster community growth, improve brand awareness, and boost customer acquisition and retention.

• Keep track of competitor activities, platform advancements, industry trends, cultural moments, and audience preferences.

• Create and oversee social media content calendars for campaigns, product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives.

• Generate ideas for content, campaign suggestions, social-first concepts, and platform-specific content opportunities.

• Manage content publication across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and up-and-coming channels.

• Schedule and publish content in accordance with approved calendars and campaign strategies.

• Enhance content for engagement, reach, retention, audience growth, and channel effectiveness.

• Facilitate creator and influencer outreach, coordination, approvals, deliverables, and content collection.

• Monitor and address comments, messages, reviews, tags, mentions, and social conversations.

• Keep an eye on audience sentiment, engagement trends, customer feedback, social listening, and competitive activities.

• Track and evaluate engagement, reach, impressions, views, audience growth, click-through rates, and conversions.

• Suggest modifications to content formats, publication schedules, creator initiatives, and channel strategies.

• Compile social media performance reports, content summaries, campaign recaps, content audits, and performance evaluations.

• Collaborate with content strategists, designers, videographers, editors, marketing stakeholders, and external partners.

• Assist with content shoots, creator initiatives, product launches, marketing activations, and publication preparation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 3 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, community management, or similar fields.

• Comprehensive understanding of major social media platforms, content trends, audience development, and best practices for platforms.

• Experience in managing social media content calendars, publication schedules, and platform execution.

• Strong skills in copywriting, communication, and content planning.

• Experience leveraging social media analytics and performance data to inform strategic recommendations.

• Familiarity with social media scheduling, publishing, listening, and analytics tools.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
