This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Create and conduct quality assurance for campaigns in line with best practices.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the paid social landscape, including products, solutions, and best practices across key platforms.
• Monitor campaigns on a daily basis to track pacing, assess performance, and implement optimizations.
• Oversee clients' media investments across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, and X.
• Work in collaboration with Operations, Analytics, Digital Media Buyers, and Planners to craft performance narratives and ensure campaign success.
• Develop strategic campaign proposals in response to social RFP requests.
• Generate client-facing insights based on the changing social media landscape.
• Support the training, mentoring, and development of Social Media Buying Associates.
• Embrace new processes and workflow adjustments to ensure consistent application of procedures.
• Resolve technical issues related to creative, tactics, URLs, pixels, ad management platforms, and campaign configurations.
• Provide guidance on paid social platform tools to internal teams.
• Assist in formulating and documenting best practices for paid social media management.
• Foster client relationships through status updates, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc meetings.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in managing and executing paid social campaigns on various platforms.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in extracting and interpreting reports from ad manager platforms.
• Knowledge of first-party and third-party data along with tagging/pixel placement.
• Highly detail-oriented and organized.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
