Social Media & Branding Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Extract raw video content from Google Drive and transform it into assets tailored for specific platforms, such as reels, long-form videos, and social media posts.

• Upload content to YouTube.

• Develop short- and long-form reels for Instagram and Facebook.

• Generate screen grabs and formatted posts for LinkedIn while maintaining an appropriate tone for the platform.

• Craft captions that embody a strong brand voice, evoke emotional responses, incorporate wordplay and humor, and are attuned to the audience.

• Manage occasional graphic design tasks for print media and formatted assets in accordance with the given brand guidelines.

• May undertake light administrative duties, report generation, and general operations support.

• Propose content ideas proactively and anticipate subsequent steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent written English; captions should resonate with a high-income audience in Northern Virginia.

• Ability to grasp wordplay and brand humor.

• Willingness to learn and quickly implement feedback with noticeable improvement.

• Proactive mindset, capable of anticipating next steps and independently generating content ideas.

• Experience with Instagram Edits, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Google Drive.

• TikTok experience is a plus.

• Background in personal brand management is advantageous.

• Genuine enthusiasm for social media creation and content.

• Must complete the English proficiency assessment as part of the application process.

• Resume should adhere to the Coconut VA Profile format and be written in English.

• Submission of a one-minute introduction video, preferably via Loom, with a functional link is required.

• Availability for 20 hours per week, specifically from 12–4pm ET.

• Open to part-time or full-time arrangements.
