This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more states.
• Take charge of and oversee daily operations across all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Assist in the planning, organization, and scheduling of social media content.
• Monitor and respond to comments, likes, DMs, and incoming engagement with timely and brand-consistent replies.
• Actively engage with relevant accounts, communities, and discussions to enhance visibility.
• Generate original, on-brand, and trend-relevant content ideas tailored for each platform.
• Craft captions, briefs, and social copy that reflect a confident and engaging brand voice.
• Ensure content quality before publication and maintain organized libraries for content, assets, and files.
• Assist with content planning, calendar management, campaigns, and shoots.
• Create mood boards and campaign materials; oversee deliverables, timelines, and check-ins.
• Upload and manage content across PR and media platforms.
• Oversee and grow the Scriveiner Facebook community group and enhance broader community engagement.
• Initiate community initiatives, prompts, and discussions; identify and engage advocates and super-fans.
• Research potential influencers, creators, partners, and collaboration opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, and supervise brand ambassadors, influencers, and affiliates.
• Manage the gifting program and handle influencer proposals, partnership agreements, activities, performance, and ROI.
• Conduct trend research, competitor analysis, and gather creative inspiration.
• Monitor social performance metrics such as follower growth, engagement, reach, saves, and conversions.
• Create regular reports and utilize data to refine content strategy, posting frequency, and channel prioritization.
• Demonstrated experience in a social media, community, or influencer marketing role, with a focus on platform ownership and audience growth.
• Strong aesthetic sense for design, content, and cultural trends.
• A genuine enthusiasm for social media trends and content performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience in managing and expanding communities, such as Facebook Groups or similar platforms.
• Experience in managing influencers and ambassadors from identification and outreach to negotiation and ongoing relationship management.
• Strong creative instincts with the ability to develop on-brand and culturally relevant content ideas.
• Excellent writing skills for captions, DMs, and influencer briefs.
• Proficient in tracking analytics, identifying opportunities, and responding to data insights.
• Exceptionally organized with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Confident in using social platforms and understanding content performance across them.
• Clear and warm communication skills for collaboration within a busy team.
• Familiarity with content creation and scheduling tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable with AI and open to utilizing emerging tools.
• Proficient in professional English.
• Strongly preferred: experience with premium, lifestyle, gifting, or luxury brands.
• Strongly preferred: understanding of LinkedIn content strategy, including management of founder or brand accounts.
• Strongly preferred: experience in managing gifting programs and recruiting affiliates or partners.
• Strongly preferred: background in stationery, accessories, or a related lifestyle category.
• Strongly preferred: experience supporting founder-led brand content or personal brand development.

• Competitive base salary ranging from £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• This position is fully remote.
• Some international travel may be required (frequency to be determined based on business needs and market priorities).
