Social Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Manage Worldpackers’ primary social media channels in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

• Implement the content schedule for all three languages, tailoring posts to resonate with each specific market.

• Focus on fostering significant engagement and interaction.

• Determine necessary creative assets and provide the creative team with adequate lead time for briefs.

• Brief and support creators involved in Membership content development.

• Monitor engagement rates, saves, shares, and reach for each market in every cycle.

• Identify performance issues promptly, particularly those impacting Spanish or Portuguese markets.

• Keep track of brand mentions and discussions to identify trends, sentiment, and necessary responses.

• Direct issues to the appropriate individuals.

• Utilize Sprout Social, ManyChat, LinkTree, or similar tools on a daily basis.

• Partner with the Social Media Strategist to establish priorities for each cycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing branded social media accounts with real engagement or growth objectives.

• Fluent in English, along with Spanish or Portuguese, and possess a working knowledge of the third language or a solid plan to achieve it.

• Ideally proficient in at least two of the three languages.

• Comfortable analyzing performance data and adjusting content based on insights.

• Experience briefing external creators or freelancers according to a content calendar.

• Background in membership or subscription-based brands (preferred).

• Practical knowledge of Sprout Social, ManyChat, or similar tools (preferred).

• Experience in travel, work-exchange, or marketplace brands (preferred).
