Social Media Account Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily social media operations for various client accounts.

• Ensure a consistent and professional brand representation across relevant social media platforms.

• Create and manage content calendars, coordinating approvals, scheduling, and posting workflows.

• Develop engaging social media content, including posts, captions, and creative concepts that align with client brands, audiences, and objectives.

• Tailor messaging and content formats for diverse platforms and audiences.

• Track account performance metrics such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and content effectiveness.

• Analyze account and content data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Initiate strategies to boost followers, reach, and engagement rates.

• Facilitate community engagement through comments, interactions, and audience discussions.

• Collaborate closely with internal marketing teams, sharing updates, recommendations, and creative ideas with clients and stakeholders.

• Continuously refine social media strategies based on performance trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing social media accounts.

• Proven experience in creating, adapting, and publishing social media content.

• Track record of growing social media accounts through consistent execution, audience engagement, and performance optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Familiarity with YouTube is considered advantageous.

• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.

• Capability to write captivating copy that aligns with various brand voices and objectives.

• Proficiency in analyzing engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance data.

• Ability to create and maintain organized content calendars.

• Skilled in managing multiple client accounts, deadlines, and priorities at the same time.

• Availability to work during U.S. business hours in accordance with the client's time zone.

• Submission of an English resume in PDF format is required.
