• Take ownership of and oversee inbound social leads from initial contact through qualification and transfer
• Manage lead activities within the HubSpot CRM system
• Maintain cleanliness of the pipeline, including lead stages, notes, and next steps
• Ensure a smooth transition to Sales once leads convert into deals
• Handle incoming conversations across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and messaging platforms
• Qualify leads through engaging and natural conversations
• Identify key factors such as timing, destination interest, guest count, and planning readiness
• Quickly establish trust and create momentum towards subsequent actions
• Conduct outbound calls to warm inbound leads
• Follow up via SMS and social messaging
• Ensure prompt response times across various channels
• Identify opportunities within social platforms and communities
• Monitor engagement and conversations that may indicate planning intent
• Relay recurring customer inquiries, objections, and themes to the Marketing team
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales development, inbound lead management, customer support, or social selling
• Experience managing inbound leads across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
• Confidence in making outbound phone calls to engage warm inbound leads
• Strong qualification skills with the capability to identify intent and readiness to buy
• Familiarity with CRM systems, demonstrating strong pipeline management and follow-through
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish trust quickly through phone, SMS, and direct messaging
