SOC Analyst N2/N3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and resolve issues within client environments.

• Conduct troubleshooting and monitor incidents until resolution.

• Assist clients by answering inquiries, presenting analyses, and providing guidance on remediation efforts.

• Participate in the ongoing enhancement of SOC processes and tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in a Security Operations Center (SOC), specifically at N2 and/or N3 levels.

• Practical experience with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems.

• Proven ability in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Excellent communication skills with a background in customer support.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in managing technical requests.

• Preferred: experience in creating and fine-tuning correlation rules.

• Preferred: familiarity with SOAR, EDR, and other security tools.

• Preferred: background in Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) environments.
